Since I’ve been catching up with blog posts throughout this winter, I love that I’ve been able to relive last years weddings. Definitely helps cure the winter blues!

Dan and Brittany’s wedding was like a dream. They got married at Briar Barns, which of course is my favorite barn venue 😉 Every moment of the day was nothing but happy tears and laughter. And these two-they belong in a magazine, for reals.

We started out the day with getting ready photos. By the way, my good friend Emily Martens did the make up for these girls-and she’s amazing at what she does.

And they had LOVES ICECREAM! What the What. Is this real life?

Instead of doing a Sparkler Send-off, we did a “Sparkler Dance”. I highly recommend it if your venue allows for it. It takes off the pressure of the sparklers having to light at a particular time and also takes the pressure off the photographer to have once chance to get the shot 🙂 Plus it’s SO fun.

Their Guests’ surrounded them with sparklers and everyone just sang and danced around them. AND no one’s hair caught on fire, so THAT’S good.
